Method 1: Glue Mounting
Measure & mark distance to center of two panel

Measure & mark distance to top of panels

Mark the vertical center line with a level

Mark the top horizontal line with a level

Panel & Subfloor Adhesive & Spray Adhesive

“X-Plus” glue pattern
Apply Panel & Subfloor Adhesive in X-pattern
Apply Spray Adhesive in between Panel & Subfloor Adhesive lines
DO NOT Overspray Adhesive lines! Spray Adhesive must set for 4 minutes before mounting

Align panel edges to side vertical line & top horizontal line
Apply pressure on side & top to set edge adhesive

Apply pressure to set adhesive for remaining area

Adding Panels
Same glue pattern
Align edge side & top with installed panel
Apply pressure at adjoining side edge
Then apply pressure to remaining panel area

Also apply pressure to smooth out seam area

Method 2:
Z-Clip / Z-bar Mounting

Mount Z-Clips at top edge of pre-marked squared with center screws
With Z-Bar in place to level Z-Clips, add outside screws

Measure to bottom of top Z-Bar from top of panel, write it down
Measure to bottom of bottom Z-Bar from top of panel, write it down

Measure & mark side position

Measure & mark top position

Mark vertical line with level measurement

Mark horizontal line with level measurement

Measure down from top line for top Z-Bar placement
Use top written measurement

Measure down from top line for bottom Z-Bar placement

Mark the bottom Z-Bar line with a level

Mark the top Z-Bar line with a level

Mark the center of the top Z-Bar line

Mark the center of the bottom Z-Bar line

Punch the center and side holes for both top and bottom Z-Bars

Drill in the center and side wall anchors for both Z-Bar

Screw in the center and side screws for both Z-Bars

Hang the Poly Max Panel on the Z-Bars – Press down firmly after checking alignment
