UNDERWOOD PUBLIC SCHOOL BAND ROOM
“Prior to our remodeling and placing the acoustical panels in the band room, the place sounded like a dead cave. The sound was terrible, the ambience was worse, and the sound production that our band produced was below our standards.
Since our project we have seen an immediate difference. Our students are enjoying music more then ever before. They like the sound that they are making, they rehearse with more enthusiasm, and because of that, the band’s performances are up to our high expectations.
I would recommend these panels to all schools. They have made a difference in Underwood.”

EAST METRO MUSIC ACADEMY
“I am writing to express complete satisfaction with the job that Keith Johnson and the staff at Acoustical Surfaces, Inc., performed for the East Metro Music Academy (EMMA).
EMMA sought the expertise of nine firms as we debated whether to rehab and lease 3000 square feet of retail space in a strip mall for the purpose of music lessons and classes. EMMA’s budget was very limited, and we had volunteers who wanted to help.
The bids and solutions varied widely. However, Mr. Johnson stood out far and away above his competitors. Keith took several trips out to the site to measure and make suggestions. He truly listened to what EMMA’s needs would be, and recommended solutions we would have never considered. He respected our budget limits and came up with great, creative solutions. Best of all, in a tough negotiation session, he completely impressed a reluctant landlord and helped us secure the lease.
I could go on and on. In a world of substandard customer service everywhere, and in the field of acoustics which can be so mystifying, Keith Johnson and the staff at Acoustical Surfaces, Inc. helped the East Metro Music Academy find solutions to our sound abatement needs.
We are indeed grateful for their advice, work, and professional service. I would highly recommend this firm to you.”

ZEON CHEMICALS L.P.
“I just wanted to drop you a note informing you of how the sound curtains are working. It has been great to see the morale change of those working in the dryer building since the installation of the sound curtains. As you know our sound levels were not extremely high, however, the differing frequencies Acoustical Surfaces was able to pinpoint revealed we did have a serious sound problem.
The curtains that were installed have worked great. Our sound levels are now well below the OSHA 8 hr TWA. Also, having the ability to take them down for cleanouts and utilizing the mobility is great. I also want to let you know how much I appreciate your company working with us on our tight budget. With corporate funds as low as they are, this is a much needed commodity in a service company like yours.
We wish you the best of luck in the future.”

“Thank you for you follow-up call concerning our order and installation of your Willtec Sound Absorbing curtain material.
We installed the panels of various lengths outside, around the perimeter of our cooling tower/mechanical roof and inside the stockade fencing surrounding an independent chiller and generator.
As a result, we are experiencing a noise reduction of at least 10dB at the street level, which accomplishes our desired goals.
Keith, I found you and Acoustical Surfaces very responsive and easy to work with.
I appreciate all your help.”
