California Chapel

The Chapel at Cornerstone Fellowship in Livermore, CA presented a challenge as the room reverb time was approximately 5.2 seconds. There were also standing waves in the low-mid range frequencies which made speech incredibly difficult to understand. Aesthetically, we were asked to not do anything to the walls as the room is often used for weddings, and they had spent a lot of money making the room look pretty. We consulted Mike Mohs, at Acoustical Surfaces, and he suggested we use the Echo Eliminator Hanging Baffles. Everyone was extremely pleased with the results; the room reverb is approximately 1.2 seconds now and the problems in the midrange were taken care of as well.
