The Studio 2D™ Sound Rated Interior Doors are the answer to years of frequent requests for a cost-effective, high-performance acoustic door. Designed for interior spaces requiring sound reduction without exceeding budget constraints, these doors deliver reliable noise reduction with a professional, refined, fully customizable finish.
Not every project demands “pro-level” (STC 55+) doors. Many interior walls and ceilings are built to ratings in the mid 40’s (or low 50’s at the high end), so why pay for more than you need? Studio 2D™ doors are purpose-built for real-world performance and significantly reduce sound transmission while remaining more in-line with what most people likely expect to pay for a sound rated door.
Each unit is crafted in-house using precision CNC equipment along with expert hands-on workmanship, providing exceptional flexibility in sizing, finishes, and aesthetic detailing. Doors are pre-hung and ready for paint or stain, with Red Oak as the standard hardwood and numerous other wood species available on request.

- Lite Kits: Multiple glazing configurations including 10″x10″, 10″x33″, 22″x28″, 22″x56″ (Note: 22” wide kits require 36”+ wide door)
- Hinges: Heavy-duty commercial-grade ball bearing hinges for durability and smooth operation
