the durability of a perforated metal shell and the superior noise control, properties of our exclusive nonflammable
acoustical material. Acoustimetal™ is ideal for demanding environments where noise control applications are exposed
to physical impact. Indoor or outdoor use.
The Acoustimetal™ shell is available in electrostatically finished, anodized aluminum or optional painted white. The
Acoustimetal™ shell is designed to withstand the harshest industrial installations or visually appealing interior design.
The unique 50% perforation pattern gives maximum sound control with the use of our Class 1, Fiberglass Free (LEED
ELIGIBLE) Echo Eliminator or Sound Silencer material inside. Custom panel sizes available.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Acoustimetal™ perforated metal wall panel system is a simple to install 20-24 gauge anodized aluminum
panel that has 1" or 2" 90 degree sides on each long edge to which make them easy to field cut and install.
Cut the Sound Silencer or Echo Eliminator fill/acoustical backer with a skill saw or table saw to fit inside of
the Acoustimetal panel, place inside pan then screw the edges of the panel as needed to substrate. Cover
any screws with flat aluminum trim pieces provided in 16' lengths. You can glue trim or drill.
Optional: Metal C-Channel Edges available. Optional: EZ Clip mounting system available.
Panel sizes up to 12' H x 4' W available. Custom sizes and perforations are available.
Note: Lead time is 6 -8 weeks.
We also carry the same perforations and anodized look with the Sound Silencer backer as
23-3/4" X 23-3/4" or 23-3/4" X 47-3/4" drop-in ceiling tile.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS Wipe with soft cloth and rubbing alcohol.
