DOOR AND FRAME FEATURES:

STC Ratings: Stop Noise acoustical doors are available with ratings up to STC-55, and acoustical windows up to STC-56, Additionally, wood door assemblies are available at an unprecedented STC-53.

Testing: Stop Noise Door products are tested in accordance with the most recent ASTM E90 standards at accredited Riverbank Acoustical Laboratories.

Frame Configuration: In addition to our standard frame designs, we can engineer special frame profiles to complement wall construction and architectural style.

Services: ASI offers various installation services and will provide the necessary shop drawings, certification of test results and assistance with compliance for all industry standards.

Guarantee: Stop Noise Door products are
guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and quality for a period of two years.

 DOOR SPECIFIC FEATURES:

Configuration: Doors are available in a flush design or with vision elites and as single or pairs of hinged doors, including single or bi-parting horizontal sliding doors. All assemblies are available manual or power operated.

Fire Labels and Positive Pressure: Metal doors are available with up to 3 hour U/L fire labels and wood doors are available with up to 3/4 hour. Tested in accordance with U/L 10C and UBC 7-2 and 7-4.

Sizes: Select from standard, or custom sizes as large as 10' x10'.

Hardware: Door, frame, perimeter sound seals and door bottom are supplied as part of the tested assembly. Cam lift hinges and an aluminum threshold are included on high STC doors.

Finishes: Wood veneer doors may be finish-sanded, primed, sealed with conversion synthetic sealer or completely prefinished prior to shipping. Stainless steel finishes can be embossed, patterned, etched bead blasted and colored. Bronze, brass, copper and plastic laminate finishes are also available.
