FEATURES: MirroFlex™ is a decorated and perforated thermoplastic wall or ceiling tile usually supplied with pressure sensitive adhesive backing for ease of installation. 2′×4′ or 2′×2′ panels .040 (1mm thick) UPS shippable. Many woodgrain, granites and specialty finishes available. MirroFlex™ has good chemical resistance, and is abrasion resistant. Gives an economical metal look ceiling or wall that can have superior sound absorbing quality when Echo Eliminator™ or Sound Silencer™ is used as a backer.
MirroFlex™ structures are composite thermal plastic fire-retardant material with embossed designs and thermally infused color added for effect. We offer a large array of color options and combinations to meet almost every design need.
SIZE: Perforated or non-perforated custom sizes available COLOR: Many woodgrain, granites and specialty finishes available. CARE: Protect with any auto polish to increase wear resistance. Clean only with soapy water. Never use abrasive cleaners. FLAMMABILITY: Fire Retardant passes Class 1 ASTM E84 and UL VO94 tests. INSTALLATION: All MirroFlex™ ceiling tiles for lay-in application with grid systems required the weight of an old or new mineral fiber type ceiling tile (standard tiles) on top to hold them firmly in place. Also 2′×4′ (600×1200mm) lay-in tiles can produce 1/2″ (13mm) of sag unless supplemental adhesive is used.
